Re: New Year Tri Challenge

Well, it depends. It depends on who is interested as far as skill. I think the distances should be longer. Again, depends on the level of players. I think the swim should be at least 500 (record the time) or a 20 min. swim/count the laps; the run should be 3 miles-record the time; bike 5 or 10 miles...

Re: New Year Tri Challenge

Okay. The 8th sounds good. We could see who signs up and depending on the skill level, we can determine the distances. If we get a large response, maybe two levels? Let's create (not me, I don't know how) a sign-up sheet within this forum and see what responses we get.

Re: Off Season Swim Plan

Super link! Can't wait to swim on Friday to incorporate some of the techniques, and compare to what I'm doing. I believe I'm sweeping my arm and pulling the water underneath me as opposed to sweeping my arm down and through. I believe I'm extending and reaching because my sides hurt later in the eve...

Re: Winter Bike Group Trainer Workouts

I'm in for biking outside as long as possible. Again, I have the garage and possibly my basement, which would be ideal. Saturday would work best for me. I would also like to get feedback on long runs...Sunday? Alternate bike/run weekends? I personally like running the Fondulac trail, it's a long pro...
