Good luck to all of you guys racing today. Although it is cool, you should have a great day. Be safe, I wish I was off so I could play.

Re: Winter Bike Group Trainer Workouts

Alternate bike runs would work for me best as I work every Sunday. With the exception of this week, I'm usually off Thursday, Friday and Saturday so anytime anyone can or wants to squeeze a run or bike in on any of those days, please post it. I like the idea of remaining outside on bikes as long as ...

Re: 2010 T3 Slogan or Theme

"You can't cross the sea merely by standing and staring at the water" How soon "not know" becomes never I like the Turkey picture. I think we can do some fun things with that. The T3 logo caught on quickly and it is easily recognizable because it is catchy and simple. If we conti...

I usually hit the trainer more than I'd like because of my schedule, and it gives me a reason to watch Sunday and Monday night games, and the occassional Thursday evening college game after soccor. I would like to continue the weekend outside rides until the weather prohibits. Saturday morning garag...

Re: Winter Bike Group Trainer Workouts

My garage will hold (6) our so bikes easily, the heater works well and I've got cable and DVD on for training discs or games. The more the merrier.

Re: Mattoon Goal Times/Predictions

Pat's Predicitons. Well I've spent quite a bit of time training with Chris, or following at distance really, and I predict he will best his "Great-Day Prediction." My best guess would be a sub 5hr race. 4hrs 55min. As for me, I have one plan. Great day. If I wake up, it's a great day. Sub ...
